Automation and finding shortcuts is the key to success. There is never enough time. what can save you minutes here and there will save you hours and days in the long run. There's the constant research and staying on top on new trends and keeping track of thieves who want to steal your hard work as theirs!. The bigger your name gets the more people will try to take from you. Copyright infringement is a major deal. How would you like to make your living modeling, a proffession based on your looks and body a comodity that is not there forever. You then turn around and find out someone else has taken your hard earn work passing it off as theirs. Your copyrighted photos found on someones elses site, sold in a different country etc. Image is everything and you only have it for a short time in regards to models. Your looks are a commodity that needs to be taken care of and look after. The asian female model / web mistress has decided to take things into her own hands and put the profits back into their own pockets! There are many out there! Satomi: Being female and running an adult site is very difficult. It is an industry usually
run by males so overcoming that can be a challenge. However, being asian, and female has it's advantages as well.
It makes me a little different than the rest and puts me in a category that is rare. That uniqueness allows me
to market myself as something different and I think that can be very attractive to my audience. Corbu: Do you feel the internet is changing to accept asian web masters.
Satomi: I am still fairly new to the internet and being an asian web master,
but I have noticed that most sites these days have a lot of asian content associated with them.
This to me tells me that if the demand for this is there then it has to become more accepted. Corbu: Very good point about the shocked aspect. They shouldn't be shocked just because you want to take things into your own hands unlike the norm!
Raven: Yes, very true. Corbu: Do you know of many other asian web mistress whom have taken the business into their own hands
Satomi: I know of a couple of other girls that do what I do and it actually makes me feel good
that they are doing what I am doing. I know that some of them want to compete and that to me isn't what I
want to do. The way I see it is that it is still very rare and more women should run a web site. Having
something in common with someone is a comforting thing when dealing with other web masters. Corbu: I have noticed the adult business is ripe for the taking by female web masters if they have the skills. Must be easier to get models to shoot with just by having the perspective of the "female", Any insight on this?
Satomi: Yes and no. It is easier to talk to other models about working with me or doing a shoot with
me, but the way I do things is so different from the usual way of adult shoots that some girls find it kind of
weird. I think that they are used to being treated like an object by the horny disrespectful guys that are
sometimes associated with the adult industry and when I offer to work with them and how I want to respect
them they tend to question why I am being so nice. Corbu: What advice do you have on a model or asian female wanting to get into the adult business in any capacity.
Satomi: I would advise any girl that wants to get into this business to take
control of what they are doing. Don't let someone take advantage of you. Especially if it
is you in the pictures. The photographer might have talent, but the people looking at the
pictures are looking at them because they want to see you. So rather than the typical Model
works for the photographer situation it should be the reverse. Corbu: Have you gotten any emails from asian or asian females denouncing what you do or your site? if so what do you have to say in response Any views how asian females are portrayed in the media?
Satomi: Yes I have gotten e-mails from girls telling me that they are just disgusted with what
I am doing and how it is setting the female race back. I typically look at it as an
interesting situation, because they don't see the whole picture. They don't see that
I am accomplishing something that a lot of females don't do. Being in charge and showing
my liberation in a healthy and prosperous way. Corbu: Satomi I have noticed that having a name such as yours associated with your side projects such as japan kiss has helped you with surfers is this true?
Satomi: Yes this is true. I think that people see most of these asian sites run by guys that merely like asian girls and it gives it a little different perspective. For me it is who I am so I tend to en corporate my personality into a project that is focused on asian females. For example... On Japan-kiss I have made it very well known to people that submit pictures that they don't use words such as whore, cunt or Jap! This to me is offensive and hopefully that concern comes across to my surfers. Corbu: Do you feel this trend of trust or lack of trust associated with producer of adult content will change any time soon and what are you doing about the issue.
Satomi: I think that it is natural for people not to trust other people. I feel the same way when corresponding with new people, but I have found that the same is true when it comes to trusting people after you get to know them more and what their habits are. So as a rule I want to make sure that people can trust me and so when they tell others about me they will hear something good about me. Corbu: What have you learned from the adult web site business and what trends do you forsee in the future
Satomi: I have learned that it is much more difficult that it might seem. It is like anything else out there in that you get what you put into it. I also know that the effects of everything else that is happening in the world effects the adult web business as well. It is up and down at times, but I think that the future is going to be great. Corbu: Satomi thats a great way of seeing the what you do with you behind the wheel!... so you lead by example then

WebGurl: With the traffic game its really fun , I have learnt allot some stuff I like to keep
secret and having a boyfriend who has been in the industry for a good 6 yrs or so
gives me allot of tips . I guess something I learnt is ITS NOT ALWAYS ABOUT THE QUANTITY
but the QUALITY Corbu: Yes I have noticed the quality is better than quantity and I agree certain trade secrets should be kept secret in this business. is there allot of competition?
WebGurl: Competition of course depends what niche u are doing , the Asian one yes its very
difficult . Other more microniches seem to convert better versus mainstream sites like
